Product development
From concept to testing, our onsite laboratory combines scientific rigour with practical techniques to create custom lime mortars, renders, plasters and more that deliver the technical properties required for high performance and ease of use for those behind the trowel.

Collaboration and support
We work collaboratively with your team to understand your project goals, performance requirements, and aesthetic vision. From there, we confirm the specification required and put together a clear development plan to get started.

Material sourcing
Our unique links to the industry allow us to source a diverse range of materials to provide specific colours, textures or technical properties. In addition, we have thorough experience with the process required for resourcing and importing from the EU and abroad.

Onsite sample placement
Once the product has been developed and refined, our laboratory team prepares and sends small sample bags for onsite placement and evaluation. These onsite trials allow for a better representation of the product’s overall appearance in situ before larger-scale blending is undertaken.

Manufactured premixed material
Convenient and easy to use, a custom premixed product can be manufactured onsite at our facilities. Our facilities can mix up to three tonnes of product a batch, allowing for the scale required for larger projects. All products are manufactured to BS EN 998-1 & BS EN 998-2 requirements under an ISO 9001:2015 Factory Production Control System.
