More about Ultra-Low Strength Masonry Grout
Cornerstone Ultra-Low Strength Masonry Grout is a dry ready mixed lime grout designed for pumping, pouring, or needle injecting into solid-walled masonry to effectively fill gaps, spaces or cavities.
Engineered with precision, using non-hydraulic CL90 hydrated lime, pozzolans, graded powdered mineral fillers and conservation-appropriate additives to create high-flow grout with all of the virtues of a pure Lime grout. Available as standard with Lhoist CL90, with the addition of Metakaolin. Other binders and mix ratios are available upon request.
Well-suited for projects looking for the lowest strength and highest breathability we offer in our standard range.
- Lowest strength and highest breathability of the range
- Supports stability without excessive strength
- A fine texture helps to fill the smallest of gaps
- Ultra-porous and flexible
- High-flow eliminates segregation and blockages
- Ensures a durable and resilient bond
- High vapour permeability for improved moisture management
- High flexibility helps accommodate building movement
- Aids in combating water penetration
- Helps prevent water pooling inside masonry
Suitable for void filling and consolidation of masonry walls, where the binder strength is appropriate for the host background or surface. Not suitable as a tiling or floor grout.
Ultra-Low Strength Masonry Grout is ideal for repairing, reinforcing, and filling voids in solid masonry. Appropriate for various project types, including conservation, renovation, or sustainable construction.
