Cornerstone Lime Paint is dry ready mixed lime paint. Available in 24 timeless and versatile colours.

Engineered with precision, utilising high calcium CL90 lime and mineral or earth oxide pigments and conservation-appropriate additives that provide the breathability of limewash but with a longer-lasting finish. The enhanced characteristics enhance this paints wet stability and dry mechanical properties while maintaining vapour permeability.

Lime Paint is suitable for general decoration to preserve and protect walls and ceilings internally or various render types and masonry units externally. Appropriate for various project types, including conservation, renovation, or sustainable construction.

A 1.1kg bag yields approximately 5 litres of lime paint and covers roughly 35-40m² as a single coat, depending on the background surface, suction and application method. The number of coats of lime paint required will vary depending on the absorbency of the background and the desired finish. Lime paint is built up by coat, so the more coats, the more intense the colour and the more durable the finish. On-site trials are advised for the best yield indication for your specific project.

Supplied in a sealed paper bag with 1.1kg of powder to be mixed with 4.4L of clean potable water to produce 5L of lime paint. Please note that colours represented online are indicative. We recommend purchasing a sample bag and experiencing the paint first-hand before making a final selection.

Do not use in temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C, or if freezing conditions are predicted within the following few weeks, including wind chill. Protect from adverse environmental conditions, including frost, rain, direct sunlight and drying winds.

Store in covered and dry conditions, protected from environmental conditions, including water, damp or frost and clear from the ground. Always reseal packaging if product is still present.
